OSTEOPATHY
We are delighted to welcome Kathryn Jones D.O Registered Osteopath to the team.
Kate has been in osteopathic practice for over twenty years. She trained at the Maidstone College of Osteopathy and graduated as a Classical Osteopath.
Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment that places emphasis on the structure and function of the body. The treatment is gentle, largely rhythmic with oscillatory passive techniques to affect the muscles and joints.
At a first appointment a full medical history is taken. Then movements of the body and spine are assessed to help the osteopath to understand the problem and possible causes. Osteopaths assess the whole structure of the body thus incorporating a holistic approach. There will be a full explanation of appropriate treatment. It is best to wear loose comfortable clothing.
Pricing
Initial Consultation: £70.00, 45 Minutes.
Subsequent consultation: £60.00, 30 Minutes.
Kate is a Registered Osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council, registration number 1961.

Important update: Upcoming price increase
Dear Clients,
I am writing to inform you that as of the week commencing April 6th 2026 osteopathic appointment prices will be increased to the following amounts.
£70.00 for initial consultation
£60.00 for any follow up treatment
Unfortunately, the change is due to an increase in operational expenses.
I fully understand that any price increase can be a concern so please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
I will endeavour to continue to provide a service of high quality and of good value.
