Are you interested in trying yoga?
I have been teaching yoga for the last 4 years after obtaining many teacher training qualifications in India and combining that with my previous dance and personal training experience. Yoga has so many benefits for the mind and the body and I would like to be able to share those with you.
I am able to offer a variety of styles and approaches to meet your specific needs, that might be chair yoga, on the mat, injury specific etc.
These sessions could be 1:1 or come with a friend/partner. An hour’s session is £50 and it will be tailored specifically to you and your needs. This can be made payable by cash, cheque or BACS transfer.
These sessions will be covid safe with the use of ventilation, social distancing, disinfecting of props/mats (bring your own if you can – but clean mats can be provided upon request)
