CORONA VIRUS - LATEST INFORMATION

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BOOKED WITH US, OR WISH TO COME INTO THE CLINIC FOR A TREATMENT?

If you are over 70, or under 70 with serious underlying health issues, it is advised by the government health website that you delay your appointment, UNLESS you feel you are at risk of an infection, or in considerable pain.

If you attend the clinic, it is important that you understand you may not be showing any signs of COVID-19 infection, but you may be incubating an infection with no clinical signs.

Of course, it is also the case the podiatrist and staff are a risk to you, as they will potentially also be incubating an infection with no clinical signs.

We will be happy to help and advise you further if you contact us by telephone, or email enquiries63queensway@outlook.com.

If you decide to come into the clinic, we are allowing sufficient gaps before and after your appointment to limit the risk of cross-infection from other clients. This allows time for the treatment pods to be cleaned appropriately.

If you show any signs of the COVID-19 virus you MUST self-isolate, if any of your family show symptoms you must all self-isolate for 14 days, or until all are better.

At present, we remain open for appointments deemed urgent or emergencies.
