We are constantly reviewing the situation.

We are preparing for the second phase of Covid-19 and getting ready for reopening – in this Business we follow best practice and it is our intent to reduce the spread of the virus and protect our clients.

We are sourcing increased supplies of PPE (personal protective equipment) in order to be able to open safely. (Incidentally we donated all of our spare protective equipment to a local GP surgery hub to help support their essential work).

When we can open, following the advice of our professional body, The College of Podiatry, our insurers and the Government, we will be screening clients (and ourselves) before entering the premises to reduce the risk of viral spread, and asking our clients to support this by following our guidelines and procedures when they attend for appointments.Â

We will be in touch with all of our clients who have had their appointments cancelled, in chronological order, to rebook their appointment however we will need to prioritise those clients whose medical history means they may be at greater risk of foot complications and infection.

We will update this information, and our new clinical protocols when the appointment is booked, and advice will also be on our website.
